Focused Bodywork + Movement
A personalized, goal oriented session
The goal is not simply temporary relief—it is meaningful change in how your body feels and moves. By addressing fascial tension alongside breathing, mobility, strength, and movement patterns, sessions are designed to help you move with greater ease, experience less recurring tension, and return to the activities you value with more confidence. You’ll also leave with a clearer understanding of your body and practical strategies to help maintain progress between sessions.
What to expect
Assess
We begin with what you are noticing, how it affects your life, and what you hope to change. I observe your breathing and movement patterns and complete an FMS or SFMA assessment to identify limitations, asymmetries, and patterns that deserve closer attention.
Address
Your session may move between the treatment table and active movement. Focused massage, IASTM, cupping, fascial work, mobility, and other hands-on techniques are selected in response to what we observe and how your body responds.
Integrate and Reassess
We use breath, mobility, and guided movement to help your body integrate the changes made during the session. We then revisit relevant movements to see what has changed and identify what may support continued progress. When appropriate, you’ll leave with a few targeted exercises or practical strategies to use at home.

If the same tension keeps returning, the area that feels uncomfortable may be only one part of the pattern. Breathing, mobility, strength, fascial tension, and the way different areas of your body work together can all influence how you move and feel. This approach helps identify those relationships and gives you a more specific path forward.
